1996 Rolex GMT-Master II 16710 “Coke” - $12,499
“It’s the real thing.” The Rolex GMT-Master II, reference 16710, with its striking black-and-red “Coke” bezel is a fan favorite for a reason. This timepiece bridges vintage charm and modern utility with an unpolished 40mm stainless case and the iconic bidirectional rotating 24 hour bezel. This watch also features a black dial with tritium indices and handset, and has a T serial which dates the case production to 1996. This watch is fitted with a 78790 steel Oyster bracelet with 12.5 links, 501B end links, and a Z1 date code (January 1997). The condition of this timepiece is good, with the exception of superficial scratching throughout the case and bracelet. The case of the watch is thick, retaining its factory chamfering, while the bezel insert is extremely crisp. This watch will ship with its original papers with an open date.
