The “Kermit” is celebrated for being the first Submariner to feature a green bezel, a milestone reference that introduced Rolex’s signature green to the Submariner line. This timepiece has the 40mm case paired a classic black dial featuring the highly legible "Maxi dial" with larger, luminous hour plots and thicker "Mercedes" hands. This Mk IV Kermit has its original B4 variant green insert, original D2 dial variant, and original trou borgne C1 case variant.  Functions include center hour, minute and seconds hands. This watch has a D serial which dates production to 2005. The fully linked (13.5 links) Oyster bracelet has its original dive extension and a very crisp coronet on the clasp, with an OP2 date code (February 2006).
